This region covers all that land from central Arnhem extending to the north, east and south coast including all offshore Island such as Bickerton, Groote Eylandt taking in major communities such as Milingimbi, Nhulunbuy, Yirrkala and Numbulwar. This region is home to Yolngu and Warnindilyakwa people.
