Application Forms

Most of the AAPA’s services can be accessed using the following three application forms, which can be downloaded from the links above. 

Please be advised that fees and charges have changed as of 1 January 2010 and these changes are reflected in the Northern Territory Aboriginal Sacred Sites Regulations. The table below shows the amended costs to application and certificate fees.


•    People proposing to use or develop land or sea may apply to the AAPA for an Authority Certificate using the Authority Certificate application form.

•    Custodians and others who wish to register a sacred site may apply to the AAPA using the Site Registration application form.

•    People who wish to inspect either the Register of Sacred Sites or the Register of Authority Certificates may apply to the AAPA using the Register Inspection application form.
